CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ON CRYSTAL LAKE

Rear veiw of house with new additions on the east and west sides.

Veiw of the pantry door on the rear, west side of house.

Interiour floor of east addition.

Here are some pictures of the bathroom and my tile / woodwork. I cut all the tile pieces and shapes on a diamond wet saw including the soap dishes.

Here is a vanity I built for the inside of the bedroom. It features a hand made glass vessel sink.

Close up of vessel sink.

This closet houses a washer/dryer.

This door used to be an exteriour window.

The bedroom has a very nice veiw of the lake.

Here is another view of the bedroom interiour.

I handmade all of the windows (with double argon filled glass) and I hand forged all of the window hardware from carbon steel using brass welds, they look very classy and work very well.

Here is an exteriour veiw of one of my windows.

One of the tiffany sconces.

Here is the small patio.

Here is an interiour look at the pantry on the west side of the house. No time was wasted in filling it up. It is over 100 Square feet.

Here is the garage which I built on the west side of the house. It has a very nice door which I haven't yet photographed.

Some of the suttle details were time consuming; hand made soffet vents and seemsless gutters give the exteriour an elegent look.

The entire house was sanded to bare wood and repainted. Here is an example of the nice detail. I am happy to say other than painting the interiour of the new additions, I did not paint the house, although supervising the paint crew was a real pain.
